The home at 893 Sherman St., Aurora was sold on Dec. 28 by Daniel and Roger Undesser and Josephine Undesser (estate) for $155,000. The buyers were Kevin J. and Edgard Cortes.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $3,724.48, which is 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 159 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Josephine L. Undesser (99) has been registered to vote since 1971 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
