On Dec. 28, Philip J. and Haley M. Digiacomo purchased a home at 2609 W. Wilson St., Batavia from Samir J. and Najwa Alame for $630,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $15,140.94, 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 20, 2004. It last sold for $585,000.

So far in December 2021, 37 properties sold in Batavia.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Najwa Alame has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Samir J. Alame has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2609 W. Wilson St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Najwa Alame, 68, Samir J. Alame, 68, Diana Alame, 42, and Roy R. Alame, 37.
