On Dec. 28, John D. Wallbaum and William R. Wallbaum (estate) sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 2310 Wyckwood Drive, Aurora to Patrick and Marianne Goode for $287,500.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $6,892.40. This is 2.4% of the sale price of the home.
