Arabia J Patino acquires 203 Maplewood Drive, N. Aurora

On Dec. 28, Arabia J Patino purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 203 Maplewood Drive, N. Aurora from Cathy L Frantzen and Cathy L Caneff for $235,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $5,596.16. This is 2.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 29 properties sold in North Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cathy L. Frantzen has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 203 Maplewood Drive, N. Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cathy L. Frantzen, 63, and Adam B. Frantzen, 37.
