On Dec. 28, Dolores Eileen Craig and Agmt (trust) sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1260 Reckinger Road, Aurora to Bitte and Joan Loretta Espinoza for $260,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $3,088.14. This is 1.19% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 159 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dolores E. Craig (89) has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
