The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 163 Central Ave., Aurora was sold on Dec. 29 by Joyce Dunley for $196,000. The buyers were Edward Johnson Jr. and Hatti J Johnson.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,962.20, 2.02% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 159 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 163 Central Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rachel E. Foster, 35, and Branndon X. Foster, 37.
