d. Consider Approval of Resolution No. 2021-105 Authorizing the Purchase of Scissor Lift and Trailer from Lift Works in an Amount Not to Exceed $38,537.00.

e. Consider Approval of Ordinance No. 2021-45 Granting a Sign Variation Allowing a Additional Freestanding Sign for the Property Located at 320 Franklin Street.

f. Consider Approval of Ordinance No. 2021-46 Granting a Variation to Decrease the Required Street Yard Setback from 35.56’ to 27.56’ for the Purpose of Adding a Front Porch to the Property Located at 226 N. Pine Street.

g. Consider Approval of Ordinance No. 2021-47 Rezoning (Zoning Map Amendment) Property Located at 33W300 Illinois Route 38 from the “B4” Business District to the “I1” Light Industrial District.
