APPROVAL OF MINUTES 

Commissioner Oelker motioned to table the September 19, 2021 meeting minutes. Commissioner Wood seconded. Motion Passed.

Commissioner Oelker motioned to table the August 19, 2021 meeting minutes. Commissioner Wood seconded. Motion Passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to take the Commission into executive session at 4:07 p.m. to review public safety applicant polygraph, psychological and backgrounds. Commissioner Oelker seconded. Motion Passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to take the Commission out of executive session at 4:41 p.m. to review public safety (Fire) polygraph evaluation and/or psychological assessments. Commissioner Oelker seconded. Motion Passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to pass 2020 Fire Private candidates Conor Geary, Jonas Cebulski, John Regan, Juan Lugo, Zachary Gloodt, Alexander Dunn to the next step in the hiring process due to the results of the polygraph assessment. Commissioner Wood seconded. Motion Passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to pass 2020 Fire Private candidates candidates Conor Geary, Jonas Cebulski, John Regan, Juan Lugo, Zachary Gloodt, Alexander Dunn to the next step in the hiring process due to the results of the psychological assessment. Commissioner Oelker seconded. Motion Passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to strike 2020 Fire Private candidates Andrew Dahl, Williams Labrador, Kevin Cook, Matthew Marriam, Benjamin Nolan from the eligibility list for noncompliance. Commissioner Wood seconded. Motion Passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned to strike 2020 Fire Private candidates Luis Miguel, Ryan Ludwig, Raymond Grell from the eligibility list per their request. Commissioner Wood seconded. Motion Passed.

Commissioner Wood motioned, seconded by Commissioner Oelker to adjourn the meeting at 4:52 p.m. Motioned Passed.
