The three bedroom home at 111 N. Van Buren St., E. Dundee was sold on Nov. 8 by Robert M. Ellison for $205,000. The buyer was Cody Bilger.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,235.36, 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, four properties sold in East Dundee.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Robert M. Ellison (69) has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
