On Oct. 15, Patrick and Cherise Slattery purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 18 Aintree Road, St. Charles from 1 Hermann Michael P. (trust) and 1 Hermann Grace J. (trust) for $607,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $13,085.30, 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 33 properties sold in St. Charles.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael P. Hermann has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 18 Aintree Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael P. Hermann, 72, and Grace J. Hermann, 69.
