On Oct. 15, Barbara A. Harp sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2321 Sans Souci Drive, Aurora to Alaa Haidar and Rana Shakir for $275,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $6,935.70. This is 2.52% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 81 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Barbara Ann Harp has been registered to vote since 1968 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including eight Democratic Primaries and six Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2321 Sans Souci Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Barbara Ann Harp, 85, and Gregory L Harp, 85.
