A brief presentation by Michael Stroud representing Out in Fox Valley followed the vote. Mr. Stroud spoke to the experience of LGBTQIA+ individuals in Batavia and thanked the council for voting to support LGBTQIA+ residents.
9. PRESENTATION: City Of Batavia Receives Bicycle Friendly City Designation At The Bronze Level By The League Of American Bicyclists
Members of the Batavia Bike Commission were in attendance to speak about their work in Batavia to make the city a more bicycle friendly town and to receive recognition from the League of American Bicyclists for their efforts.

11. REPORT: Chamber of Commerce
Margaret Perreault presented a report on the activities of the Chamber of Commerce and introduced a special guest David Gray, CEO of GreenSeed Contract Packaging. GreenSeed was awarded the 2021 Green Ole award by the Chamber of Commerce for its efforts in green infrastructure. Mr. Gray presented an overview of the services GreenSeed offers and some of the challenges the business presently faces.
