City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Jan. 1.
After you've eaten the last spoonful of Who-pudding and last slice of roast beast, it's time to take down the Christmas tree. Please remove all tinsel and decorations. Trees will be picked up (no sticker needed) the weeks of January 4 and January 11, 2021. Trees will be picked up on both sides of the river on the regular scheduled refuse day. After the two-week period, a sticker will be required.
