In accordance with recent amendments to the Open Meetings Act that authorize remote meeting attendance during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Village President has determined that it is not prudent or practical to conduct an in-person meeting for all members of the Board and the public due to the pandemic. Therefore, some of the Village Board members may attend this meeting by electronic means, in compliance with the amended OMA.
