City of Batavia issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
The City of Batavia 2021 Draft Budget is available available for review and public comment. The first meeting on the budget will be held at the Committee of the Whole on October 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. This will be an electronic meeting. A request to speak must be made in advance. The meeting will be broadcast on BATV.
The Public Hearing on the budget will be held on November 10th at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 100 N Island Avenue Batavia, IL. Comments on the budget can be made to Peggy Colby, Finance Director at pcolby@cityofbatavia.net or 630-454-2030.
Comments can be made up to the passage of the budget tentatively planned for December 7, 2020.
