EXECUTIVE SESSION— To Discuss Personnel Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1), Collective Bargaining Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2), Sale of Real Property Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6), Pending or Imminent Litigation Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11), and Security Procedures and Use of Personnel to Respond to a Reasonably Potential Danger to the Safety of Employees, Staff, the Public or Public Property Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(8).

Motion: I move to adjourn to executive session to discuss:

(i) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the Village or legal counsel for the Village pursuant to pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1);

(ii) collective negotiating matters between the Village and its employees pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2);

(iii) sale of real property pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6);

(iv) pending or imminent litigation pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11);

(v) security procedures and use of personnel to respond to a reasonably potential danger to the safety of employees, staff, the public or public property pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(8).
