A. Public Comment on General Business Agenda Items: As a consequence of the COVID-19 Pandemic and Governor JB Pritzker’s Executive Order, the meeting will be conducted through remote attendance tools and Public Comment will be received in advance of the meeting (up to 2 hours before the scheduled meeting time) via email to dramsey@southelgin.com or by leaving a message at 847-742-5780. Those wishing to provide comment during the meeting should contact Debbie Ramsey via email or phone prior to the meeting so that they may be recognized at the appropriate point in the agenda (members of the public observing the meeting via the remote tool are otherwise placed on mute for the meeting). All public comments will be read aloud at the meeting. To help maintain an orderly meeting, public comment will not be accepted through the web conference chat function; and microphones for members of the public will be muted until the public comment portion of the meeting.
