1. Adopt Chamber 3.03.130 titled “Electronic Attendance at Meetings” of the Elgin Municipal Code to allow for the Elgin Heritage Commission and the Design Review Subcommittee of the Elgin Heritage Commission to attend meetings by electronic means in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
