City of Batavia issued the following announcement on May 9.
Thanks to our amazing community maskmakers for spreading goodwill and not the virus. If you would like to donate you can stop by the entrance of City Hall and drop masks into the donations box. If you are in need, you are welcome to take one from that same box. Since this need is ever-growing, supplies are running low. If there are no masks available, we encourage you to ask the police reception counter for a paper mask.
