a. Consider Approval of Draft Ordinance Creating A Class C-5 Micro-Winery License and Approve Issuance of One Class C-5 License to Geneva Winery, LLC at 426 S. 3rd Street, Geneva, IL.

b. Consider Approval of Draft Resolution to Reject Utility Dynamics Bid for FY2019-2020 Electric Improvements Contract.
