EXECUTIVE SESSION—To Discuss Personnel Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1), Collective Bargaining Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2), Sale of Real Property Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6), and Security Procedures and Use of Personnel to Respond to a Reasonably Potential Danger to the Safety of Employees, Staff, the Public or Public Property Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(8).

Motion: I move to adjourn to executive session to discuss: (i) the hiring, termination, discipline, compensation or performance of a specific employee or volunteer pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1), (ii) collective negotiating matters between the Village and its employees pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2), (iii) sale of real property pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6), and (iv) Security Procedures and Use of Personnel to Respond to a Reasonably Potential Danger to the Safety of Employees, Staff, the Public or Public Property Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(8).
