City of Elgin issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
The Elgin Cultural Arts Commission's 2020 Call For Art is now open for submissions! This call is open to artists of all experience and skill level, from Elgin and abroad. This year, the Commission is focusing on two-dimensional art to be installed on the skywalk connecting The Centre of Elgin to its parking deck and the adjacent stairwell wall.
