3. Approve Minutes for January 7, 2020

Chair Wolff noted that former Alderman Salvatti is listed as present but was not longer an Alderman for that meeting. He asked that the name be removed.

Motion: To approve minutes for January 7, 2020 as amended

6. PUBLIC HEARING 7:00PM: Annexation Agreement for Property at 1203-1233 North Washington Avenue

Chair Wolff opened the Public Hearing at 7:02pm. There were no comments from the public.

9. Presentation: Kane County Bike Share Program Provided by Koloni

The consensus of the Committee was to move forward with this program. Newman stated that this would be brought back for discussion in a couple of weeks. Discussion is needed on locations and reducing cost. Final decision is needed by February 28th. There is a three month lead time to add more bikes.
