Aurora (Kane County) home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Aurora in Kane County rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Aurora in July 2018.
