Maple Park (Kane County) home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Maple Park in Kane County rose by $58,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 35.2% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Maple Park in the first half of 2018, as well.
