Aurora (Kane County) home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Aurora in Kane County rose by $1,755 while total sales increased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 146 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,755 - a 1% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Aurora in May 2018.
