City of Geneva issued the following announcement on Sept. 7.
Kane County is hosting its monthly recycling collection event from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 14 at 540 S. Randall Road in St. Charles.
The event includes recycling for electronics, books, and paint as well as free document shredding.
Please read Kane County's news release for a list of accepted/prohibited items, program regulations, and fees to recycle old televisions, monitors and paint.
