The youngest parolee was a 21-year-old woman convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2018, and the oldest was a 46-year-old man convicted of a financial crime or fraud in 2016.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Lynda Bartleman. She was convicted of a property crime in 2009, when he was 36 years old. She is now 46.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
