DRAINAGE COMMITTEE REPORT

WASTEWATER FINAL COMPLETION/WARRANTY ISSUES

-Dean has been in communication(s) with Kolt and Darrin about a new tank being added to the Vacationland property.

STREET MAINTENANCE REPORT

-Bravo got back with Matt about doing the engineering/bid package for the village on Hinckley Rd. asphalt replacement. Pricing is much more reasonable on this specific piece so the board would like this on the next agenda.

-Potholes on Granart Rd. may have been a result in a motor vehicle getting a blow out recently. The village has no policy on this and no reimbursement(s) will be given.

DEPT. OF BUILDING/SAFETY/ZONING REPORT

-The board discussed having Jorge start back working for the village around May 1st

. Dean would like Jorge to give him a shout before he starts for the new season..

FINANCIAL REPORT

-Village budget needs to be completed within the next week so an ordinance can be on the next agenda for approval and public hearing.

COMMUNITY REPORT

-Board would like to make a donation/sponsorship of $1k to the bull riding event that’s being held on Saturday August 10th 2019 in Big Rock.

COUNCIL MEMBER COMMENTS

-Kathy mentioned getting a new email system….possibly Microsoft outlook. Also the trains have been abusing/blocking Rhodes Rd. crossing in addition to air the horns excessively again in a quiet zone. She will work on this with the BNSF

-Clay will be out of town for the next meeting.

-Dean and Tim were speaking with police in Timberview due to an atv/motorcycle complaint received on Madison St.
