Batavia Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on June 7.
The Batavia Chamber was so thrilled to help host a fabulous Ribbon Cutting/Grand Re-Opening ceremony for Funway Ultimate Entertainment Center!
So many wonderful members of the community came out to celebrate the newly remodeled amusement park with their new (2nd) go kart track, expanded mini-golf course and complete outdoor remodel!
Mayor Jeffery Schielke conducted the ceremony for Bob and Janet Hansen while their family surrounded them including his daughter Jackie Sommerfeld and son Dominic Hansen. Also in attendance was Chamber president Holly Deitchman, Membership Development Specialist Margaret Perreault, many Chamber Ambassadors and Members, along with so many supportive friends!
