Illinois General Assembly: SB459 actions on May 29

The following actions were taken on May 29 in the House on Senate bill SB459 ("education-tech"): "Placed on Calendar 2nd Reading - Short Debate" and "Do Pass / Short Debate Mental Health Committee".
