Aurora (Kendall County) home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Aurora in Kendall County rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Aurora in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $8,184, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
