Aurora (Kendall County) home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Aurora in Kendall County fell by $27,750 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,500 - a 14% decrease over the $198,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Aurora in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $8,184, approximately 4.8% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
