West Dundee home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in West Dundee rose by $58,900 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,000 - a 31.3% increase over the $188,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in West Dundee in April 2016.

The median sales tax in West Dundee for 2017 was $7,294.43. In 2016, the median sales tax was $7,235.10. This marks an increase of 0.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3%.
