Algonquin (Kane County) home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Algonquin in Kane County rose by $26,175 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,175 - a 12.6% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Algonquin in February 2016.
