Unpaid fines for Carpentersville-based campaign committees totaled $3,650 in August 2018

Campaign committees in Carpentersville collectively owe a total of $3,650 in fines, according to records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that two committees in Carpentersville were delinquent in payment for August 2018.

The Carpentersville-based committee with the largest total in unpaid fines was Stop Longmeadow, which owes a total of $1,925.

The largest fine that Stop Longmeadow has yet to pay was imposed on Aug. 30, 2018, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,200.

The following table lists all campaign committees in Carpentersville owing unpaid fines in August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections:
