How did Elizabeth Flood spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Elizabeth Flood's election campaign committee, Citizens To Elect Judge Elizabeth Flood, spent $41,161 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Flood's committee spent the most on marketing, mailer piece in the quarter, with all those payments ($15,051) going to Aads in Aurora. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Flood's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
