Non partisan Linda Chapa LaVia's election campaign committee, Friends of Linda Chapa LaVia, spent $7,673 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

LaVia's committee spent the most on legal fees in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,481) going to Ross Secler & Associates in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how LaVia's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
