Republican Karen McConnaughay's election campaign committee, Citizens for Karen McConnaughay, spent $4,192 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McConnaughay's committee spent the most on utilities in the quarter, with 69.4% of this total ($629) going to Comcast in Southfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McConnaughay's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
