Democratic Michael Noland's election campaign committee, The Committee to Elect Noland for Judge, spent $2,738 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Noland's committee spent the most on food for election night results party in the quarter, with all those payments ($956) going to Danny's Pizza on Douglas in Elgin. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Noland's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
