City of Batavia issued the following announcement on Jan. 17.
Are you affected by the partial federal government shutdown? Batavia has many services to fill in the gaps until your paycheck arrives. You may receive groceries once a month from the food pantry. This includes fresh fruit, vegetables, milk, eggs, meat and more. Visit our website for more information and hours. Call United Way's 2-1-1 for information about other assistance in Kane County.
