State House race: Democrat Johnson wins voter tally in Batavia Township Precinct 8

Richard Johnson led Republican Dan Ugaste in votes cast in Batavia Township Precinct 8 for the District 65 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Johnson appeared to outpace Ugaste by a margin of 2.3 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
