State House race: Democrat Villa wins voter tally in Batavia Township Precinct 2

Karina Villa led Republican Tonia Jane Khouri in votes cast in Batavia Township Precinct 2 for the District 49 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Villa appeared to outpace Khouri by a margin of 28.9 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
