City of Aurora issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
#millennialmonday is back again, and today the spotlight is on the creative, multitalented, and passionate @jacobzepeda. His work focuses on inclusion, upliftment, and self-love!
Here is a little bit of what Jacob had to share:
"I’m a local Aurora-based photographer and filmmaker. I’ve grown up in Aurora my entire life aside from moving to Chicago for a year to attend college. I freelance around Aurora and I enjoy doing so because it encourages people to try new things and allows me to photograph a whole new range of individuals. My motto when it comes to photography is "Uplift the Individual." This statement holds true because nothing makes me more fulfilled than seeing the happiness others get when they see how beautiful they truly are in my photography. I'm also a filmmaker and I wish to share the untold stories of individuals, myself included. My debut short film is slated for 2019. Also in 2019, I plan to host a youth-driven art and fashion show. More information to come."
