DeWitte wins Senate District 33 race

Incumbent Republican Donald DeWitte has won the Illinois State Senate race against Democrat Nancy Zettler.

Incumbent Republican Donald DeWitte has won the Illinois State Senate District 33 race against Democrat Nancy Zettler.

With 99.3 percent of the precincts reporting, DeWitte had 51.51 percent of the vote with a total of 40,515 votes.

Zettler received 48.49 percent of the vote with a total of 38,133 votes.
