City of Batavia issued the following announcement on June 29.
Public advisory on Route 31 construction zone, Area 3 south of Main Street at Morton.
Speed limits are going to be reduced in this section of road. Police will be enforcing these speed reductions to encourage safety for vehicles and workers during this period of construction.
Please proceed with caution and patience as passing too quickly through a construction zone can result in striking barriers and causing damage to your vehicle.
