City of St. Charles Historic Preservation Commission met Dec. 9.
Here is the agenda provided by the Commission:
Members Present: Chairman Norris, Pretz, Smunt, Krahenbuhl, Gibson, Kessler
Members Absent: Malay
Also Present: Russell Colby, Community Development Div. Mgr.
1. Call to order
Mr. Colby was present in the City Hall Atrium at 10:25 a.m., the noticed meeting time, to guide any members of the public to the location of the site visit at 217 Cedar Ave.
Chairman Norris called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. at 217 Cedar Ave. Six members were present. There was a quorum.
Also present were Pastor Mary Zajac and Peter Vargulich of Baker Memorial United Methodist, and Dan Otto.
2. Site Tour of 217 Cedar Ave.
Attendees toured the basement, first floor and second floors of the building.
3. Adjournment
The tour concluded at 11:10 am.
