President’s Report – Lynette
• Read and Reviewed Ordinance No. 2006-33 “Ordinance to Amend Chapter 2 of the City of Geneva Code (Administration) of the City of Geneva, Kane County, IL (Cultural Arts Commission)”
• Discussed “Commission, Committee and Volunteer Procedures Draft”; Copies to be emailed to the Board
• Discussed Cultural Arts Commission’s by-laws
• Discussed Guild’s Website within the City of Geneva’s Website; Continue to use Facebook page to promote the arts, artists, upcoming news, meetings and events
