Absent: Trustees Jeffry Butler, Maria Lozano, Avis Miller, Archie Needam, Eva Serrano, Andrew Smith and Anthony Stanford

As there was no quorum, the Board of Directors did not convene. Those in attendance discussed upcoming activities associated with the strategic plan.
