County Highway in accord with the existing InterGovernmental

Agreement, may require both parcels to

seek an alternate access via frontage road to the County

Highway.

2. Any new construction shall take into consideration the

ultimate plan of a 75’ half right-of-way and ensure that

the building setback, etc. shall not encroach on that

future plan.
